Project Description
RV Eco Resort is a 120-acre luxury RV resort located in North Georgia, combining modern eco-friendly infrastructure with premium outdoor experiences. The resort features 250 full-hookup RV sites, luxury cabins, spa facilities, restaurant, fitness center, and extensive recreational amenities.
The tokenization structure allows accredited investors to participate in the resort's revenue stream through a profit-sharing model. Token holders receive quarterly distributions based on net operating income after expenses and management fees.
